My newest project
Wow, after dreaming since almost 20 years about a big space where i can start an arts and crafts school for underpriveleged young adults, i finaly got a perfect space.
the best is that it is h ere in the river arts district
the bad is it needs a lot of labor.
i'm working on it since 6 weeks now every day. i can see some progress
my son helped a lot too.
we cleaned the mess from the last years of "homeless sleep in" parties
we cleaned the normal many years dust
i fixed 4 holes at the roof and f… Continue

recently i had the chance to rent with somebody together a huge building...somewhat in the 30thousand squarefeet size... it looks right now pretty nasty and not welcoming... but things can change and it will look way prettier in the next some weeks.
